CMI Update:
11/10/06 - Cetacean Marine, Inc. has successfully completed its third annual audit performed by the American Bureau of Shipping and has received an endorsement to its Document of Compliance certifying that its Safety Management System continues to meet and comply with the requirements of 33 CFR 96, Subpart B and the ISM Code.
5/1/07 - Lake Guardian will be repowered during the Fall of 2007 with new Cummins QSK-38 Tier Two compliant main diesel engines. Once the engines have been installed, a new large wet lab will be installed on the after deck in replacement of the existing containerized laboratories that have been in service for the past fifteen years. JMS Naval Architects and Marine Engineers have been awarded a subcontract to support this effort.
